Clearance:

Scratch size and solution:
1). Tiny: See from special angle. Polishing directly.

2). Small: See directly but can't feel by finger nail and pad. Polishing directly, or, 3# disc grinding and then polishing.

3). Medium: Feel by finger nail but pad. 2# and then 3# grinding and polishing, or, 3# disc grinding and then polishing.

4). Deep: Feel by both finger nail and pad. 1#, 2#, 3# grinding and polishing.

Note:
1. Practise to know the difference of every process before doing formal job.
2. A certain surface deformation would be cause by processing the deep/medium scratch or improper handling to small scratch, which would especially affect the driver's line of sight if doing with windshield of vehicle.
3. Take good care of and check very often about temperature caused by continual friction that would break glass (Tempered glass is relatively safe).Once feeling hot and burning the hand, stop for a while.
4. If necessary,it's allowed to process with water. However, Water will affect the grinding performance of 2# and 3# disc. No suggest to use 1# disc that makes roughest grinding mark which is not easy to remove by the 2# and 3# disc with water. Begin with 2# disc if watering!
