Special for glass thickness 3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm.

There are two kinds of profile diamond grinding wheels:
1. PE profile diamond grinding wheel (Pencil Edge)
2. FA profile diamond grinding wheel (Flat with Arris)

Use for the glass shape of pencil edge and flat with arris on single/double straight line round edge machine or shape machine or bevelling machine or arris grinding machine or CNC machine.

Adopt in the rotation of 2880r/min.
Sharp, few chips, wear resistant, good balance without shaking or vibrating.

Configuration:

For single/double round edge machine:
1). 2pcs wheels or 3pcs wheels are required.
(Pos.1 150# + Pos.2 240#) or (Pos.1 120# + Pos.2 180# + Pos.3 240#).

For beveling machine:
one wheel is requested as 180# for bottom edge grinding.

For Shape machine or arris grinding machine, one wheel is required as 150# or 180# or 240# if thin glass.

For CNC machine:
Same as shape machine, size in Dia 100 mm, 22 mm hole.
